Lance Hampton is a passionate maker whose primary medium is wood, but through an endless curiosity they try to explore as many other mediums as they can. They graduated from Vermont State University in 2026 with a Bachelor’s of Fine Art in fine woodworking and furniture design. Their creative process is defined by three principals: first, to always make a piece to the best of their ability; second, to always be exploring new ideas and techniques in order to grow through their craft; third, to be conscious of what they are making and how it will affect the world and community around them. Outside of the physical objects they make, they are focused on community building through craft and art.
